Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (IT Services) with a strong technical background and proven experience in client acquisition and deal closure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling IT services, generating leads, setting appointments, understanding technical requirements, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Drive end-to-end sales activities for IT Services, including web development, mobile app development, software development, cloud solutions, AI/ML, and digital transformation services.
- Generate new business opportunities through various channels including LinkedIn, Upwork, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and other lead generation platforms (20% focus on lead generation).
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and product/service presentations.
- Understand client business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, estimations, presentations, and commercial documents.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from prospecting to successful deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and account growth.
- Coordinate with project managers and technical teams during project onboarding and handover.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and forecasts in CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in IT Services Sales / Business Development.
- Proven track record of successfully closing international clients.
- Strong understanding of IT services such as:
- Web Development
- Mobile App Development
- Custom Software Development
- Cloud Services
- AI/ML Solutions
- SaaS Products
- Experience in appointment setting, client presentations, and sales negotiations.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and discuss solutions with clients confidently.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, or similar platforms.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical educational background (B.Tech, B.E., MCA, BCA, Computer Science, IT, or related field).
- Experience working with international markets such as the US, UK, Europe, Australia, or the Middle East.
