About Godrej Learning Lab
The Learning Lab at the Group Centre plays a pivotal role in shaping the learning and development landscape across Godrej Industries. It aims to raise the bar on learning initiatives, foster a culture of continuous development, and empower people to excel.
The Behavioural Academy portfolio focuses on enterprise-wide learning priorities across behavioural capability building, leadership development, onboarding, values-led learning and learning communication. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to high-impact learning initiatives within a dynamic conglomerate and help create relevant, meaningful and scalable learning experiences for employees across businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of behavioural learning programmes, including communication, programme management, vendor engagement, tracking and reporting.
- Own and support the design, development and implementation of learning programmes, learner journeys, activities, assignments and learning assets such as caselets, leader stories and immersive online learning exercises.
- Analyse learning data to identify trends, gaps, drop-offs and improvement areas, and use learner insights, adoption trends and channel performance to strengthen learner awareness, participation, completion and recall.
- Own adoption and completion of online learning offerings, and identify innovative ways to build learner awareness, engagement and traction.
- Drive efficiency in programme management through strong project management, prioritisation, proactive identification of gaps and timely follow-through to resolution.
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners, Business L&D teams, facilitators, vendors, internal faculty and learners to ensure smooth execution, adoption and completion of learning interventions.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Learning & Development, talent development, OD, employee engagement, internal communications, HR operations or program management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for reporting and communication is necessary
- Comfort working with data — able to track, analyse and present program metrics clearly to support decision-making.
- Prior experience in managing programmes, projects, learning interventions, employee initiatives or cross-functional HR processes will be an advantage.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaborative skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across HR teams, business stakeholders, vendors, facilitators and learners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
