Strategic Workforce Planning & Budgeting
- Support end-to-end Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) cycles across entities.
- Develop and maintain workforce demand-supply models and capacity plans.
- Drive budget projections and manpower planning aligned with business strategy and financial targets.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Business leaders to optimize workforce costs and productivity.
- Track, implement, and communicate regulatory changes impacting workforce policies, HR operations, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely updates and adherence to local labor laws and organizational governance standards.
- Liaise with HR, Legal, and Compliance teams for effective implementation.
- Implement HR process changes driven by business, regulatory, or operational needs.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), policy documents, and process manuals.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and standardization.
- Deliver scheduled standard HR reports (headcount, attrition, hiring, cost metrics, etc.).
- Generate ad hoc reports, workforce trends, and analytics insights for leadership decision-making.
- Build dashboards and analytics models to provide actionable insights on workforce performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across HR systems.
- Translate workforce data into strategic insights and recommendations.
- Support predictive analytics for workforce risks and future planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (HRBPs, Finance, Business Leaders).
- Provide consultative support on workforce planning, reporting, and analytics.
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to leadership teams.
