About The Role
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive who is curious, analytical, and eager to learn. Beyond campaign execution, this role requires strong problem-solving skills, an experimentation mindset, and the ability to turn insights into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
Analyze campaign performance and identify actionable insights to improve ROI, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Design and execute growth experiments to improve acquisition performance and marketing efficiency.
Collaborate with content, design, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market studies to uncover growth opportunities.
Build reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and communicate findings effectively.
Continuously explore emerging AI-powered marketing tools, automation opportunities, and industry best practices.
Take ownership of campaign outcomes and proactively recommend improvements.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
Exposure to AI marketing tools, automation platforms, or personal marketing projects is highly preferred.
Demonstrated examples of self-learning, experimentation, side projects, certifications, or growth initiatives.
