Position: Project Management Expert cum Construction Manager
Experience: 12+ Years
Qualification:
Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, OR
Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Project Management, OR
MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
Kannada Speaking Preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of infrastructure and construction projects.
Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, government authorities, and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within approved budget and quality standards.
Oversee construction activities, site management, safety compliance, and quality assurance.
Review project reports, drawings, technical specifications, and contractor submissions.
Manage contract administration, change orders, claims, and dispute resolution.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, environmental standards, and project guidelines.
Conduct project review meetings and provide regular status reports to management.
Support procurement, financial planning, and project cost control activities.
