Job Title : Senior Chef de Partie (Bakery)
Department: Bakery & Pastry
Experience : 7 - 10 Years in hotels or luxury hospitality
Location : Udaipur
Role & Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bakery production and operations.
Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty bakery products.
Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
Train, supervise, and guide Commis and DCDP staff.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
Ensure HACCP, food safety, and hygiene compliance.
Assist in menu development and new product creation.
Qualifications & Skills :
7+ years of bakery experience in hotels or luxury hospitality.
Strong knowledge of bakery production, dough preparation, and baking techniques.
Leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
