  • Greet and welcome customers, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate information to inquiries and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
