Job Title: Sourcing Manager

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute sourcing and outsourcing strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Drive product cost reduction initiatives through strategic procurement and value engineering
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and deliver measurable value across categories
  • Analyse market trends, supplier capabilities, and risks in collaboration with Category Managers to optimize sourcing decisions
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Monitor and improve supplier performance across quality, delivery, cost, and compliance metrics
  • Play a key role in supplier selection and approval decisions
  • Lead spend analysis initiatives to drive consolidation, standardization, and efficiency
  • Support budgeting and cost forecasting processes through data-driven insights
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Sourcing, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
  • Align sourcing strategies with production requirements and business priorities
  • Support New Product Development (NPD) and localization initiatives
  • Actively contribute to division-wide strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Develop contingency plans for critical supply disruptions in coordination with strategic sourcing teams
