Job Description for SAP FICO Consultant at India Nippon Electricals

India Nippon Electricals is seeking a skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the financial systems support business processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to financial processes.
- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to align with organizational needs.
- Provide solution design and implementation for end-to-end financial processes.
- Conduct testing, including unit testing and integration testing for new functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and reporting.
- Provide user training and support during and after implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP FICO modules.
- Stay updated on SAP best practices and innovations in the financial domain.

Skills Required:
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules including Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Tools Required:
- SAP ERP with focus on FICO modules.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as SAP Business Intelligence or similar.
- Familiarity with project management tools for tracking progress and deliverables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for financial analysis.
