Associate - Global Recruitment Operations (Human Capital)

We are looking for a bright and insightful candidate to join us as an associate in our Hyderabad/Bengaluru based Global Recruitment Operations group, which is a part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team. The role offers a challenging work environment and excellent opportunities to learn and grow within the Human Capital function while collaborating with key stakeholders across geographies to play an active role in supporting the Firm’s recruitment efforts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:
You’ll be responsible for executing a range of recruitment operations processes that support hiring workflows across geographies for the D. E. Shaw group. This is an operations-focused role that supports recruiters and hiring teams through accurate, timely, and process-driven execution.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- The ideal candidate should have an undergraduate degree with a minimum of three months of prior experience
- The candidate should have strong attention to detail, a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively in an ever-changing environment
- Candidate should also have proficient written and verbal communication skills
- The candidate should be able to manage multiple tasks, follow established processes, and deliver high-quality work within stipulated timelines
