Import Export Manager

We are looking for an experienced Import Export Manager to handle end-to-end international trade operations, ensuring smooth shipment movement and compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage import and export documentation and customs clearance
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and transporters
Ensure compliance with DGFT, GST, customs, and trade regulations
Handle LC documentation and international payment terms
Monitor freight costs, duties, and shipment timelines
Prepare MIS reports and optimize logistics costs
Resolve shipment disputes, claims, and delays

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, International Business, Supply Chain, or related field
5+ years of experience in import-export operations
Strong knowledge of customs, DGFT, GST, and trade compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
Excellent coordination and negotiation skills
