SLB Cyber Security Team Has An Opportunity In Coimbatore Or Pune For Associate Cyber Security Engineer. The Associate Cyber Security Engineer Will Join The Cyber Security Team And Be Based In India, And Will Contribute To The Following Collaborative Activities

Key responsibilities

Monitoring, and upgrading security measures for the protection of the organization’s data, systems, and networks.
Ensuring that the organization’s data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls.
Assess digital infrastructures for security vulnerabilities that may affect security plan and pose potential threats.
Testing and identifying network and system vulnerabilities
Evaluating the organization’s security needs and establishing best practices and standards accordingly
Conducting testing and scans to identify any vulnerabilities in the network and system.
Taking an active role in the change management process
Participating in development of security controls or new security platforms for DevSecOps, data security, identity management, application security, IoT/OT security, and cloud security.

Qualifications And Requirements

Good programming skills with at least one programming language and one scripting language (python preferred)
Networking, OS, programming languages courses
Cyber security courses (preferred not required)
Networking, OS, programming languages courses
Strong interest in cyber security and a long-term career in cyber security
High GPA
Relevant projects or internship experience 
Fluency in English
Strong communications skills both verbal and written.
