Job Title: Sourcing Manager
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and execute sourcing and outsourcing strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Drive product cost reduction initiatives through strategic procurement and value engineering
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and deliver measurable value across categories
- Analyse market trends, supplier capabilities, and risks in collaboration with Category Managers to optimize sourcing decisions
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships
- Monitor and improve supplier performance across quality, delivery, cost, and compliance metrics
- Play a key role in supplier selection and approval decisions
- Lead spend analysis initiatives to drive consolidation, standardization, and efficiency
- Support budgeting and cost forecasting processes through data-driven insights
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Sourcing, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
- Align sourcing strategies with production requirements and business priorities
- Support New Product Development (NPD) and localization initiatives
- Actively contribute to division-wide strategic sourcing initiatives
- Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Develop contingency plans for critical supply disruptions in coordination with strategic sourcing teams
