Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit (Architecture / Structure / MEP)
- Basic understanding of point cloud processing (ReCap or similar tools)
- Good 3D visualization and interpretation skills for scan data
- Knowledge of LOD concepts and BIM standards
- Ability to convert scan data into usable BIM geometry
Education & Experience
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical
- 1–4 years of experience in BIM / Scan-to-BIM projects
- Exposure to point cloud to BIM conversion preferred
