We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across core HCM processes and modules, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and business-aligned HR technology solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, enhancements, and support activities while ensuring seamless alignment between business requirements and system capabilities. You will collaborate with HR teams, technical consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders to configure solutions, optimize business processes, support integrations, and deliver high-quality system functionality.

This position requires a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, security configurations, reporting, data management, and end-to-end HR processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling efficient workforce management and supporting ongoing digital transformation initiatives within the HR technology landscape.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
  • Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on organizational and business needs.
  • Perform functional setups including workforce structures, approval workflows, security roles, data roles, and access controls.
  • Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), configuration documents, test scripts, and solution specifications.
  • Support data migration, data conversion, and system integration activities.
  • Develop and validate HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and reporting solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, customizations, and interface development.
  • Execute and support testing activities including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment validation.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational HR policies, statutory requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Support end users through issue resolution, training, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support future Oracle Fusion HCM enhancements.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, configuration, and application support.
  • Strong expertise in one or more Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Time & Labor (OTL), Benefits, or Talent Management.
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end HCM business processes and HR operations.
  • Experience configuring HCM Security, Data Roles, Duty Roles, Privileges, and approval workflows.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fast Formulas and their application within HCM processes.
  • Experience developing and supporting HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and reporting solutions.
  • Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, including HCM Extracts, HDL, REST APIs, and SOAP services.
  • Exposure to HCM Data Loader (HDL), data migration activities, and system integration frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of OTBI reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Basic SQL knowledge with the ability to analyze data and troubleshoot issues.
  • Experience supporting production environments, application maintenance, and AMS engagements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within cross-functional project teams.
  • Experience supporting global implementations and multi-country HR processes is an added advantage.
  • Flexible and adaptable mindset with the ability to support critical project phases and business priorities.
