Job Requirements
  • Facilitating the maintenance, support, and upgrade of existing systems; coordinating and communicating system upgrades, enhancements, and changes with vendors and internal customers.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for the selection, implementation, integration, and support of enterprise information systems.
  • Providing management and oversight of multiple complex technology projects and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels in formulating plans and activities to support project implementation.
  • Coordinating and managing activities related to the design, configuration, and implementation of the organization's enterprise information systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end technical health of GPMS, including application functionality, background/console jobs, integrations, and operational readiness.
  • Serve as the primary technical owner for GPMS incidents and production issues, driving root cause analysis and resolution across the pricing ecosystem.
  • Manage and support GPMS console and batch jobs, including scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting logs, queue handling, and recovery from failures.
  • Ensure the reliability of end-to-end integration flows between GPMS, MuleSoft (or equivalent middleware), Salesforce CPQ, PROS CPQ, and SAP (including PI/PO and downstream updates).
  • Lead production operations, including planned downtimes, cutovers, job hold/resume activities, system restarts, and post-event validation.
  • Partner with functional, middleware, SAP, and vendor teams to resolve complex cross-system issues and define clear ownership boundaries.
  • Improve system supportability and observability by enhancing monitoring, logging, alerts, and operational runbooks.
  • Ensure GPMS processing aligns with defined business rules (e.g., agreement lifecycle, pricing workflows, error handling).
  • Support and guide access control and environment readiness in collaboration with security/IAM teams.
Desired Candidate
  • 8–12+ years of experience supporting enterprise-scale applications in a production environment.
  • Proven experience as a technical owner for a mission-critical system with multiple downstream and upstream integrations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with background/batch jobs and console applications, including log analysis, queue-based processing, and failure recovery.
  • Solid understanding of system integration architectures, including middleware-driven orchestration and multi-hop data flows.
  • Experience working with SAP-integrated landscapes and understanding impacts of queued processing, cutovers, and downstream dependencies.
  • Practical knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ-style systems, including record locking, queueing, and reprocessing semantics.
  • Strong foundation in Microsoft/.NET-based enterprise applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead production incidents, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and drive issues to closure.
