Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic Freshers and Experienced Professionals to join our Service Team. The selected candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Process & Analytical Instruments including Gas Analyzers, Liquid Analyzers, Air Quality Monitoring Systems, Particulate Monitoring Systems, and Flow, Level, and Pressure Instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Analytical Gas Analyzers, Water Quality Analyzers, Air Quality Monitoring Systems, Particulate Monitoring Systems, and other Bhoomi products.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Stations (AAQMS).
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance activities as per service schedules.
• Manage instrument spares and maintain service records.
• Perform calibration, validation, and quality checks of monitoring systems.
• Execute project commissioning and troubleshooting activities at customer sites.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures during installation and maintenance activities.
• Conduct operator and maintenance training programs for customer personnel.
• Provide professional customer support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer concerns effectively, including high-pressure service situations.
• Prepare service reports, calibration certificates, and maintenance documentation.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good understanding of instrumentation and analytical measurement technologies.
• Knowledge of Gas Analyzers, Water Analyzers, CEMS, AAQMS, Flow, Level, Pressure, and Temperature Instruments is preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively for site service and commissioning activities.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and report preparation.

Qualification:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field.
