- Guide patients in all aspects and sign investigation requests.
- Verify diagnosis coverage under the scheme and coordinate with treating specialists as required.
- Facilitate patient admissions without delay.
- Collect necessary investigation reports before approval submission.
- Upload admission notes and pre-operative clinical notes.
- Ensure preauthorization requests are sent only for admitted (IP) patients.
- Verify all required documents and reports are uploaded before sending preauthorization.
- Coordinate with insurance and society doctors as required.
- Monitor pending pre-authorizations and make necessary corrections.
- Maintain daily clinical notes (pre-operative and post-operative).
- Upload required patient photographs and documentation for empanelment.
- Update surgery and discharge details and provide discharge summaries with follow-up advice.
- Ensure follow-up consultations, investigations and distribution of drugs as per society requirements.
- Attend and resolve beneficiary grievances within defined TAT through online modules.
- Ensure reimbursement of eligible transportation costs at discharge.
- Upload operation notes, post-operative details and claim documents.
- Follow up on pending insurance claims and ensure timely updates.
- Verify claim documentation before submission and support audit requirements.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by Society/Insurer.
- Ensure treatments and therapies comply with standard medical protocols.
- Attend training and re-orientation programs conducted by MJPJAY/PMJAY Society/Insurance.
- Convert registered MJPJAY patients into IP/OP patients and facilitate treatment.
