Ensure all required evaluations including diagnostic tests are completed and reports are captured in the Society portal
  • Upload OP/IP status of patients.
  • Guide patients in all aspects and sign investigation requests.
  • Verify diagnosis coverage under the scheme and coordinate with treating specialists as required.
  • Facilitate patient admissions without delay.
  • Collect necessary investigation reports before approval submission.
  • Upload admission notes and pre-operative clinical notes.
  • Ensure preauthorization requests are sent only for admitted (IP) patients.
  • Verify all required documents and reports are uploaded before sending preauthorization.
  • Coordinate with insurance and society doctors as required.
  • Monitor pending pre-authorizations and make necessary corrections.
  • Maintain daily clinical notes (pre-operative and post-operative).
  • Upload required patient photographs and documentation for empanelment.
  • Update surgery and discharge details and provide discharge summaries with follow-up advice.
  • Ensure follow-up consultations, investigations and distribution of drugs as per society requirements.
  • Attend and resolve beneficiary grievances within defined TAT through online modules.
  • Ensure reimbursement of eligible transportation costs at discharge.
  • Upload operation notes, post-operative details and claim documents.
  • Follow up on pending insurance claims and ensure timely updates.
  • Verify claim documentation before submission and support audit requirements.
  • Perform additional responsibilities assigned by Society/Insurer.
  • Ensure treatments and therapies comply with standard medical protocols.
  • Attend training and re-orientation programs conducted by MJPJAY/PMJAY Society/Insurance.
  • Convert registered MJPJAY patients into IP/OP patients and facilitate treatment.
