Job Description
Required:
Hold an active Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, managing and
configuring Salesforce environments.
Solid experience with core features and configuration of Salesforce Sales Cloud and
Service Cloud.
Experience with Revenue Cloud or Industries Cloud is required.
Proficiency in declarative automation tools, primarily Salesforce Flow.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model, including profiles, roles,
permission sets, and sharing rules.
Experience with data management tools (e.g., Salesforce Data Loader) and a firm grasp
of data hygiene best practices.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with both technical
and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively within a remote team
environment
Preferred:
Hold additional active certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App
Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant.
Experience working in a consulting environment or managing multiple Salesforce orgs is
an asset.
Experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) or Marketing Cloud Account
Engagement (Pardot) is an asset.
Basic understanding of when programmatic solutions (Apex, LWC) might be needed.
Experience participating in data migration projects is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
