Job Summary
The Delivery Director will oversee large scale technology programs in a hybrid work model ensuring on time and on budget delivery for global clients while maintaining high quality standards and compliance. The role demands deep expertise in delivery management governance stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement over a long tenure of experience.

Responsibilities
Drive complex program delivery by planning scope schedule and resources to ensure predictable outcomes for multiple client engagements
Oversee end to end delivery governance by defining processes tracking milestones and resolving issues to maintain high service quality
Manage hybrid work execution by aligning onsite and remote teams ensuring effective collaboration and transparent progress reporting
Coordinate with client stakeholders by understanding priorities clarifying expectations and translating them into actionable delivery roadmaps
Monitor delivery performance by using metrics and dashboards to track quality productivity and customer satisfaction across all projects
Implement risk management practices by identifying delivery risks early defining mitigation plans and ensuring timely execution of corrective actions
Guide transition and stabilization activities by planning knowledge transfer defining support models and ensuring smooth handover into steady state operations
Optimize resource utilization by aligning skills with demand forecasting capacity and ensuring efficient allocation across programs
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing delivery trends identifying process gaps and implementing structured improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with organizational policies by aligning delivery practices with controls for security data protection and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal functions by coordinating with sales finance and human resources to support contract commitments and operational needs
Enhance customer value by proposing delivery improvements introducing reusable assets and aligning outcomes with client business goals
Foster a culture of accountability by setting clear expectations providing constructive feedback and recognizing high performance in delivery teams

Qualifications
Require extensive experience in delivery management across large and complex technology programs with consistent track record of successful execution
Require strong background in planning estimation and tracking using industry standard delivery methodologies and frameworks
Require proven capability in stakeholder management with focus on building trust and maintaining long term client relationships
Require advanced skills in risk assessment dependency tracking and issue resolution in multi team and multi vendor environments
Require familiarity with hybrid work models including coordination of distributed teams and use of digital collaboration tools
Require strong understanding of quality management practices with focus on reviews testing coordination and defect prevention
Nice to have experience in modern delivery approaches including agile methods iterative development and continuous improvement practices
Nice to have exposure to digital transformation programs involving cloud technologies data platforms or enterprise applications
Nice to have ability to mentor senior delivery managers by sharing best practices and helping build organizational delivery capability
Nice to have experience in working with global clients across regions with sensitivity to cultural and regulatory contexts
Nice to have background in financial management for programs including budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
Nice to have experience in defining standard delivery templates reusable assets and knowledge repositories for wider organizational use

Certifications Required
Preferred certifications include PMP PgMP or equivalent advanced delivery management credential from a recognized body
