Sturlite Electric Private Limited is a Bengaluru-headquartered Fast Moving Electrical Goods (FMEG) company operating across five high-growth categories: Lighting, Wires & Cables (Sturlite Voltedge), Switches, Solar (Zeovolt), and Wellness. Sturlite is in an active growth-acceleration phase, with new category launches underway and a national footprint being rapidly built across India

We are building a founder-led, performance-first sales culture with strong channel relationships, disciplined execution, and a long-term orientation toward market share leadership in electricals.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Sales Executive is the frontline growth engine for Sturlite's Lighting business within the assigned territory. This role is responsible for building and expanding the dealer/distributor network, driving secondary sales, and ensuring consistent brand availability and visibility across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Drive primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned territory on a monthly and quarterly basis

Build, expand, and service a robust dealer and distributor network; identify and onboard new channel partners

Conduct regular market coverage across assigned towns and ensure adequate product availability and display

Execute trade schemes, promotions, and discount programs effectively at the counter level

Track competition activity (pricing, schemes, new launches) and report insights to the ASM

Manage outstanding collections and ensure adherence to credit norms with channel partners

Submit daily call reports, sales reports, and market feedback through prescribed reporting systems

Maintain strong relationships with electricians, contractors, and key influencers to drive pull demand

Ensure timely resolution of dealer complaints, return/replacement requests, and service issues
