International Seller Services’ mission is to make Selling Partners successful on Amazon by helping them launch, grow, and adopt the right Amazon programs and services.
The Seller Growth and Recruitment organization builds the mechanisms, programs, and tools that help sales and account management teams identify, prioritize, engage, and convert high-potential Selling Partners. This includes lead generation, lead qualification, opportunity management, prioritization models, assignment automation, and performance insights across multiple regions and business programs.
The Leads Management team is within International Seller Fulfillment Experience is global recruitment enablement team. We build scalable tools, data-driven mechanisms, AI-enabled workflows, and CRM-integrated products that improve seller recruitment productivity across international marketplaces. The team partners closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, Data Science & Engineering to improve how leads are discovered, prioritized, assigned, tracked, and converted.
We are looking for a Program Manager II who can own complex, cross-functional programs in the Leads Management space. This role will help build the next generation of recruitment enablement tools, including AI-assisted lead generation, seller intent mining, automated assignment workflows, self-service insights, CRM/Vertex integrations, and mechanisms that improve lead utilization, seller conversion, and sales team productivity.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business, data, product, operations, and technology.
Key job responsibilities
> Own end-to-end delivery of multiple global programs and product initiatives across lead generation, lead qualification, prioritization, assignment automation, opportunity management, and sales productivity.
> Partner with Sales, Account Management, Product, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Engineering, and Operations teams to define business requirements, success metrics, implementation plans, adoption mechanisms, and long-term operating models.
> Build and improve recruitment enablement tools that help sales teams identify the right sellers, prioritize the right opportunities, and take timely action through scalable workflows.
> Drive AI-enabled and data-driven initiatives and self-service insights for sales users.
>Define and manage program mechanisms, including SOPs, process design, governance, WBR/MBR/QBR reviews, launch readiness, stakeholder communication, and post-launch performance tracking.
> Perform deep dives using data to identify gaps in lead quality, utilization, seller conversion, assignment effectiveness, sales productivity, and program performance.
> Track and improve key business metrics such as Lead Utilization Rate, Lead-to-Launch Rate, lead quality, seller engagement, assignment accuracy, AM productivity, adoption, and operational efficiency.
> Work backwards from the needs of sales teams and Selling Partners to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, improve decision quality, and increase recruitment effectiveness.
> Drive global adoption of new tools and mechanisms by creating clear documentation, training materials, stakeholder updates, and feedback loops.
> Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, reduce operational dependency, improve data quality, and create scalable mechanisms across regions.
> Influence senior stakeholders across regions by translating complex business and technical problems into clear plans, trade-offs, and recommendations.
About the team
Leads Management team (International Seller Fulfillment Experience) enables the International Sales teams with lead generation and prioritization activities for the entire gamut of Amazon services. Leads management team works to deliver high quality leads to the Seller management/recruiting teams across the globe. The team builds a broader recruitment enablement ecosystem: AI-enabled lead discovery, seller intent signals, ML-based prioritization, automated lead assignment, self-service insights, opportunity management workflows, and CM-integrated sales tools
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of program management, project management or product management experience
- Experience owning and driving large-scale cross-functional programs
- Experience analyzing data to make business decisions
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience
- Experience delivering technology products or services in a high growth environment
- 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning), GenAI (Generative AI), Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs
- Experience in business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical and organizational skills
- Experience building scalable programs and repeatable scalable processes, levering various tools and methods to create scale and efficiency
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
