Job Summary:
The PAS Engineer provides technical support and application guidance for wastewater products, submersible pumps, and pumping systems. The role involves responding to technical inquiries, reviewing application requirements, recommending suitable solutions, and supporting global commercial and engineering teams. The position requires strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills, along with a solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and water & wastewater applications.
Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
- To manage requests from commercial team for their technical queries regarding Wastewater products.
- Support internal teams with technical queries related to submersible pumps and pumping systems.
- Produce accurate estimates or written replies to our global CT team right first time for all work requests.
- Review customer/application requirements and provide suitable technical guidance.
- Manage own individual work queues effectively, ensuring that all commitments are met through own effective time management
- Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application
- Listen, understand and convey customer requirements
- Maintain timely response and closure of support cases while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:
- 4-Year bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- 0 to 1 years’ experience in Mechanical Engineering domain.

- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Effective communication in English is a must.
- Knowledge of international & industry standards.
- Co-ordination between Inter-company & Intra-Company people for execution.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships with colleagues and customers.
- An understanding of water & wastewater technologies and their application.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Creo is Preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Data tools like Python and Power BI is an added advantage.
