We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager
Chaileela is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate Marketing Manager who can bring creativity, strategy, and execution together.
The ideal candidate should have experience in managing brand campaigns, social media, performance marketing, store-level promotions, influencer collaborations, and marketing execution across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- Own Suchitam's full marketing strategy - digital, social, influencer, PR, and offline
- Build and execute the brand calendar for Suchitam through its launch and early growth phase
- Work alongside Chaileela's Marketing Manager on joint campaigns, shared resources, and cross-brand initiatives
- Manage agency, influencer, and media vendor relationships for both brands
- Track marketing performance metrics and report to leadership with actionable insights
- Coordinate with the Graphic Designer on content production and asset creation
- Drive brand visibility and awareness campaigns for Suchitam on NH-44 and key feeder markets
Must-have:
- 2+ years in a marketing role - F&B, hospitality, or consumer brand experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and content strategy
- Ability to manage multiple brands or workstreams simultaneously without dropping balls
- Data-driven - can measure what works, cut what doesn't, and build a case for budget
Good to have:
- Prior experience in restaurant, QSR, or food brand marketing
- Strong network with food influencers, bloggers, or media in North India
- Prior experience in an early-stage or founder-led brand environment
