Are you a data-driven marketer who thrives on scaling products and solving growth challenges? Hubhopper is seeking a Growth Hacker to join our team and spearhead the next wave of growth for our podcast platform.
What You’ll Do
Analytics & Insights:
- Leverage tools like SQL, GA4, Mixpanel, and Looker Studio to identify growth opportunities and monitor campaign performance.
- Conduct in-depth funnel analysis to understand drop-offs and improve user journeys.
Growth Campaigns:
- Design and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies across paid, organic, and referral channels.
- Optimize CAC, LTV, and conversion rates through iterative testing and experiments.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and monitor SERP performance.
Collaborative Growth:
- Partner with product, marketing, and tech teams to launch impactful product features and campaigns.
- Drive A/B testing to enhance website engagement.
Retention & Monetization:
- Implement retention strategies using lifecycle marketing, email drips, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Identify monetization opportunities and enhance user upgrade flows.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- 2 years in a growth or marketing role, preferably at a product-based company.
Skills:
- Proficiency with SQL, GA4, Mixpanel, and data visualization tools.
- Strong grasp of growth marketing frameworks and KPIs like CAC, LTV, retention, and MAUs.
- Hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing, A/B testing, and user behavior analysis.
- Data-driven decision-maker with a knack for experimentation.
- Creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
Preferred:
Previous experience in the podcasting industry or related SaaS platforms is a plus—but it shouldn’t stop you from applying if you’re excited about this role!
