This role is responsible for coordination and supervision of civil works in alignment with the project schedule and coordination with other trade packages.

About the Role:

  • Coordination and supervision of civil, finishing, interior, and infrastructure works.
  • Review and ensure quality of executed works and align them with other work packages.
  • Prepare and maintain records of ongoing works and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

General Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor quality of ongoing and executed works, and report areas requiring improvement.
  • Assist Project/Construction Managers in reviewing contractor quality and time plans and provide recommendations.
  • Review project plans, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of quality issues in coordination with Construction Manager, Consultant, and Department Head.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in field execution / construction.
  • Experience in delivering projects within defined quality standards, execution parameters, and timelines.
  • Proven track record in site quality management across the full project lifecycle.
