About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Academy Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs for students and freshers. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python, along with excellent communication and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and online training sessions on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
• Guide students through practical exercises, projects, and coding challenges.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
• Create and update technical documentation, training manuals, and learning resources.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Support students in interview preparation and career development activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of:
  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • JavaScript
  • Python
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners and intermediate learners.
• Good presentation and classroom management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong documentation and report preparation skills.
• Basic knowledge of web development projects and coding best practices.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience is preferred.
• Experience with project-based learning and hands-on training.
