- Job Profile: Tour guides/historians will accompany guests on local tours and guide guests on the Hampi ruins.
- Charter of Responsibilities:
- Meet the guest on arrival and make introductions. Make a guest itinerary- Day-wise
- Lead guest, advise guest on local interest points, prepare and present tour commentaries.
- Lead guest, advise guest on local interest points, prepare and present tour commentaries.
- Research and share general information/ stories on Local Indigenous cultures
- Keep in touch with the transport department.
- Maintain written reports of daily activities and carry out other administrative work.
- Eyes and ears of the guest on the field, share knowledge of local flora and monuments with the guest.
- Abilities & skills: Should have strong leadership and supervisory skills, excellent communication, ability to work in a team environment, and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
