The Role:

  • Two critical functions. One operational owner.
  • The Supervisor — People Operations oversees recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee support, and workplace operations to ensure WWS runs smoothly without breakdowns.
  • You manage recruitment execution, monitor hiring funnels and operational metrics, guide team performance, resolve escalations, and improve processes across both functions. You ensure the right people are hired, onboarded effectively, supported consistently, and retained through stable operational systems.
  • The Anchor does not manage tasks. It stabilizes the people systems the organization depends on every day.

What You Will Own – Your Responsibilities :

  • Team supervision — managing daily operations across RMT and EEXOPS
  • Recruitment oversight — monitoring hiring pipelines, onboarding, and retention metrics
  • Employee operations management — overseeing payroll, attendance, vendors, facilities, and employee support
  • Process compliance — ensuring HR, payroll, onboarding, and vendor processes meet compliance standards
  • Performance tracking — reviewing KPIs, audits, and operational improvements
  • Escalation management — resolving employee, payroll, vendor, and operational issues
  • Reporting & analytics — preparing operational reports, SLA tracking, and performance summaries
  • Team development — coaching teams, improving accountability, and strengthening collaboration

  • Measured through payroll accuracy, onboarding completion, recruitment turnaround time, employee query resolution, vendor SLA adherence, and operational compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 6 years of experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, Administration, or People Management
  • Experience handling recruitment processes, employee operations, payroll coordination, or administrative functions
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple teams, priorities, and operational deadlines
  • Knowledge of HR processes, compliance standards, attendance management, and reporting systems is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and operational tracking systems
  • Leadership mindset with strong accountability and coordination skills
