Intern HR Manager- Onsite

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Intern HR Manager to support the HR team with employee onboarding and day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and internal people operations.


 Location: Onsite ( Surat, Opp. Sarthana Nature park) Candidate outside Surat will not be considered

 Stipend: ₹5,000 per month (INR)

 Working Hours: 20 hours/week

To support the HR team in managing employee onboarding and HR operations efficiently as hiring activities increase across the organization.

Core Responsibilities
  • Assist in employee onboarding documentation and joining formalities
  • Coordinate induction and onboarding activities for new joiners
  • Help employees understand company policies, processes, and culture
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with high accuracy
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information and documents
  • Support day-to-day HR operational activities as assigned



Monthly Goals & KPIs
  • Complete onboarding documentation for all assigned new joiners within 24 hours of joining
  • Achieve 100% accuracy in employee document collection and record maintenance
  • Ensure timely completion of onboarding activities
  • Maintain updated and organized employee records

  • Strong interest in Human Resources and People Operations
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Ability to manage documentation and follow processes accurately
  • Eager to learn and grow in HR operations



Technical Skills (Must-Have)
  • MS Excel
  • MS Word
  • PowerPoint
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Basic knowledge of HRMS / HRIS platforms
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
  • Employee data management and documentation handling



Qualification
  • MBA (Mandatory)
  • Specialization in Human Resources preferred



Availability & Commitment
  • Part-time Internship
  • 20 hours per week
  • Must be responsive during agreed working hours
  • Available for onboarding coordination and HR operational activities
