Hiring: AI Lead / Senior AI Engineer — India (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a strong AI practitioner to join Odyssey Group and help build real-world AI products that drive business impact.

Role: AI Lead / Senior AI Engineer

Location: India (Hybrid – Onsite)

Experience: Mid-level

Compensation: ₹10 LPA – ₹60 LPA + Performance Bonus

Perks: Opportunity for short-term business travel to London & the US

What we’re looking for:

• Strong expertise in AI/ML, Python, and LLMs

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks

• Hands-on with LangGraph, MCP, RAG pipelines & multi-agent systems

• Experience with Azure (Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure ML)

• Solid engineering mindset with agile delivery experience

What you’ll do:

• Design and build intelligent AI systems

• Work closely with business teams to deliver real value

• Be a core part of AI product development in a global insurance & reinsurance group
