Job Responsibilities
- Visit electrical retailers and promote the Ultratech Loyalty App.
- Conduct retailer visits and electrician onboarding activities on the loyalty application to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Onboard retailers and assist them with the registration process.
- Ensure accurate documentation and verification within the app.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
- Gather market feedback and share insights with the management team.
- Experience in Paints, Electronics, Building Materials, or related industries preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of local retail markets.
- Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Comfortable with field sales and daily travel.
