About the Role : ICICI Lombard General Insurance is seeking a fluent English-speaking Customer Support Executive to deliver exceptional service to policyholders. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities,
Inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats management
Insurance query handling (policies, claims, renewals, etc.)
Provide accurate product information
Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
Maintain customer interaction records in CRM systems
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation mandatory
Fluent in English communication
Basic computer proficiency
Salary & BenefitsCTC: Up to ₹2.79 LPA
In-hand: Approx. ₹19,000 per month
5-day work week
