This job is provided by apna.co Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Real Estate Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, scheduling site visits, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:Contact and engage potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate investment opportunities.

Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.

Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to drive conversions.

Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

Update customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.

Assist clients throughout the sales process, from inquiry to closure.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Requirements:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for customer service.

Experience in Real Estate Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development is preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications:Graduate / Undergraduate

Prior sales experience is an advantage
