Job Overview : We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Back Office Executive who will be responsible for managing backend operations while handling client interactions. The role offers excellent growth potential and a high-income opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day back office operations and documentation

Coordinate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings

Maintain and update client databases and records

Support the sales/operations team with required data and reports

Follow up with clients for documentation and process completion

Resolve client queries in a professional and timely manner

Ensure smooth processing of applications, transactions, or services

Maintain confidentiality of client information

RequirementsGraduate In Any Discipline (preferred)

Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
