Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the telecalling team to achieve targets
Motivate team members and maintain high performance levels
Monitor daily calling activities and team productivity
Ensure achievement of sales and customer engagement goals
Prepare performance reports and track KPIs
Handle escalated customer queries and provide solutions
Conduct team training and coaching sessions
Coordinate with management for process improvements
Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1–3 Years Of Telecalling/Team Handling Experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Basic computer and reporting knowledge
