The Team Lead (TL) – Audit is responsible for overseeing store-level audit processes to ensure inventory accuracy and operational compliance at our Bhopal store. This role involves physical verification of merchandise, variance investigation, and supporting the Assistant Manager – Asset Protection (AM-AP) in maintaining store integri

ty.

  Inventory & Stock Auditing: Perform comprehensive audits, investigate variances/discrepancies, and adjust inventory counts to maintain accu
• racy.Reporting & Analysis: Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports and monitor audit completion under AM-AP guid
• ance.Team Leadership & Development: Focus on the retention and growth of High Potential (HIPO) candidates and develop AP & Audit associates to ensure accountabi
• lity.Communication & Collaboration: Maintain strong rapport with all departments in the Bhopal club and ensure transparent internal communica
• tion.Data Integrity: Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive inventory and business
