Frontend Developer

You will be working on the DiIT Products enabling digitalization of Wire Harness Production -

Your remit

• Take responsibility for shaping and implementing the frontend architecture
• Drive the modernization of existing systems
• Contributing to the comprehensive development of the platform.
• Work closely with UX/ UI designers, backend developers and the Product Owner to create intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that enhance user experience and productivity.
• Development of responsive and scalable frontend applications using modern frameworks and tools.
• Implementing best practices for UI/UX, performance optimization and accessibility.
• Collaborating with backend developers to design and integrate RESTful/GraphQL APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange and a cohesive user experience.
• Implementing newest frontend technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and user experience.
• Maintaining the developed frontend solutions and CICD pipelines, introducing regular updates and security patches.
• Ensuring cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and optimal performance for all frontend components.

Your profile

• 10+ years of proven experience in frontend development, ideally with a focus on large-scale, platform-based applications.
• In-depth knowledge and strong experience of modern frontend frameworks such as Angular CLI and TypeScript and their ecosystems.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, NgRx) and experience with RxJS and reactive programming.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
• Hands-on experience with frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite, esbuild) and package managers (e.g., npm, yarn, pnpm), including configuration and optimization for production environments.
• Strong understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and experience in integrating them into frontend applications.
• Experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for frontend development.
• Ability to translate design mockups and wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive web applications.
• Structured, documentation-oriented approach - you write clear, maintainable code and documentation for others to follow.
• Strong communication skills to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and foster collaborative decision-making

Technical Skills

Must Have

• Angular CLI , RxJS and reactive programming
• JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap)
• Experience with frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite, esbuild)
• Experience with package managers (e.g., npm, yarn, pnpm)
• Understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs

Good To Have

• Knowledge of testing frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban).
