Role: Executive/Senior Executive – Customer Service

Purpose Of The Role

Role is vital in driving the company's overall success and customer satisfaction by consistently providing exceptional service, resolving issues efficiently, and identifying opportunities for improving the customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities

Communicating with existing and potential customers to provide information about company products and services and to assist with inquiries and concerns.

Accurately documenting customer interactions and service requests.

Identifying and forwarding promising leads to the sales team for follow-up.

Managing customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction with company products and services.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Utilizing company-provided scripts to address customer questions and concerns effectively.

Must Have

Graduate or equivalent degree

0-6 Years of work experience in Customer Service role (English Voice process Should have experience in Tele calling or taking calls - Outbound & Inbound. (Voice process)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Should have experience handling MIS or strong experience with MS excel, MS word Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Languages: English, Tamil, Hindi/Kannada

Age not more than 33 years

Work schedule: 6 days working with 1 rotational week off and rotational day shifts
