Job Description

• Conduct community outreach activities, health camps, awareness programs, and screening initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local physicians, clinics, corporates, educational institutions, and community organizations.
• Promote hospital services, specialties, and preventive healthcare programs.
• Generate patient leads and referrals through community engagement activities.
• Coordinate health talks, wellness programs, and CSR initiatives.
• Collect and analyze feedback from outreach programs and prepare activity reports.
• Assist in organizing medical camps, corporate tie-ups, and promotional events.
• Ensure achievement of outreach targets and support hospital growth initiatives.
• 2 – 5 years’ experience in Community Outreach in a corporate hospital setting.
