Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Demand Generation Specialist to join the team. In this role, you will own outbound pipeline generation: building targeted prospect lists, running multi-channel email campaigns, and working closely with the sales team to drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute outbound demand generation campaigns targeting defined ICPs
- Build and manage prospect lists using Apollo and Clay, including enrichment and segmentation
- Set up and optimise multi-step email sequences on Smartlead, including A/B testing
- Own and manage MQL, SQL, and pipeline metrics and report on campaign contribution to revenue
- Manage the full lead lifecycle in HubSpot: lead capture, scoring, nurturing, stage progression, and handoff to sales
- Develop and maintain email workflows, automation sequences, and drip campaigns in HubSpot
- Collaborate with the sales team on account-based marketing initiatives
- Create and manage campaign content including email copy, landing page copy, and supporting assets across Akku's full product portfolio
- Maintain data hygiene across CRM and outbound tools
- Analyse campaign performance data and present weekly insights, findings, and recommendations
- Manage the company’s LinkedIn page, including organic posts, paid campaigns, and community engagement
- Stay current on outbound tools, AI-assisted prospecting techniques, and B2B demand generation best practices.
Experience:
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or any CRM platform for lead management, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Working knowledge of Apollo and Clay for prospect research, enrichment, and list building
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn campaigns and company pages including LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Proficiency with Smart lead or similar cold email platforms
- Understanding of email deliverability principles, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write concise, relevant, and compelling outbound email sequences
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and iterate quickly.
- Familiarity with ICP definition, persona mapping, and account-based marketing concepts
- Experience working with B2B SaaS or enterprise technology products is preferred
- Comfortable working with sales and cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Education:
- Any degree.
- Certifications in HubSpot, digital marketing, or related fields are an added advantage.
