Job Description
The HRSSC Lead is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end HR Shared Services operations for the assigned tower. The role ensures timely, accurate, compliant, and employee-centric delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle. The position requires strong process ownership, stakeholder management, service governance, team leadership, automation mindset, and continuous improvement focus.
Principal Accountabilities
Lead the daytoday operations of the HR Shared Services Center ensuring smooth service delivery within defined timelines and quality standardsbr Manage HR operational processes including onboarding support employee data management payroll inputs attendance and leave support documentation letters offboarding and full and final settlement coordinationbr Ensure all transactions are processed accurately in HRMS payroll ticketing and related systems maintaining process discipline and audit readinessbr Monitor SLA performance turnaround time backlog aging escalations and service quality by reviewing operational dashboards and reports to identify delays errors and process gapsbr Act as the primary point of contact for Business HR employees payroll finance IT vendors and leadership for towerrelated matters resolving escalated cases with a balanced approachbr Lead guide and develop the HRSSC team members by allocating work monitoring productivity reviewing quality and ensuring timely completion of deliverablesbr Identify opportunities for process simplification standardization automation and digitization working with HR Tech and system teams to improve HRMS workflows and employee selfservice processesbr Ensure HR processes are compliant with company policies statutory requirements internal controls and audit expectations maintaining accurate records and supporting documentationbr Prepare and review MIS dashboards aging reports SLA reports exception reports and leadership updates analyzing trends and presenting insights to management and stakeholders
