Location: Gandhinagar

Shift: US

  • Good Communication Skills (Spoken & Written)
  • Should be dynamic and able to adapt quick changes
  • Managing high volumes of outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Good Typing speed -30-40 words per minute with an accuracy of at least 90%
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to work in night shifts/US shift
  • Should be flexible and willing to invest additional hours at work as and when required
  • Should be a team-player and willing to contribute to team goals over individual performance, as and when required
  • Identify and resolve exceptional queries
  • Maintain quality, accuracy & Turnaround time (TAT) as per Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Adherence to overall Service Delivery Requirements
  • Should have basic knowledge on MS Office
