- Good Communication Skills (Spoken & Written)
- Should be dynamic and able to adapt quick changes
- Managing high volumes of outbound calls in a timely manner
- Good Typing speed -30-40 words per minute with an accuracy of at least 90%
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work in night shifts/US shift
- Should be flexible and willing to invest additional hours at work as and when required
- Should be a team-player and willing to contribute to team goals over individual performance, as and when required
- Identify and resolve exceptional queries
- Maintain quality, accuracy & Turnaround time (TAT) as per Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Adherence to overall Service Delivery Requirements
- Should have basic knowledge on MS Office
