We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AVP - Rec reporting/Data Requirement and Analysis
In this role, you will be:
- Global Regulatory Reporting operation team is responsible to ensure that daily reports to the regulators are completed
- Perform various functions fall under Global Regulatory Reporting team include Reconciliation, oversight of trades reported by brokers
- 7+ years’ experience in Regulatory Reporting is mandatory and an understanding of the Asset management business is preferred.
- Understanding the various asset classes, underlying instruments is mandatory and the trade life-cycle needs to be exhibited
- Drive quality service and perform the middle office operations effectively.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements on processing control, quality and efficiency.
- Drive customer service centric approach and establish positive working relationship with stakeholders and customers.
- Timely escalation of issues to Management
- The partner should be a team player, strong organizational and time management skills, flexible approach to duties and hours of work and should have worked with varied stakeholders Share the best practice across teams
To be successful you will be:
- The role would require adequate process training and regular feedback sessions to new joiners at Analyst level.
