To be updated.. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our NextGen Service Management team, focusing on ServiceNow at Eli Lilly Services India Pvt Ltd. This role will involve supporting the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform, contributing to efficient IT service delivery. Job Responsibilities**

Assist in the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog. * Support the development and testing of ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and integrations. * Participate in gathering requirements from internal stakeholders and translating them into technical specifications for ServiceNow solutions. * Collaborate with the NextGen Service Management team to troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues. * Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation for ServiceNow processes, configurations, and user guides. * Assist in performing data analysis and reporting within the ServiceNow platform. * Learn and apply best practices for ServiceNow administration and development. * Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions. Job Qualifications**
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts. * Basic understanding of BI Analytics
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and enterprise software. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. * Prior exposure or coursework related to ServiceNow is a plus.
