- Responsible for the development and management of the online skilling portal, ensuring that it meets the needs of users and aligns skilling & employment program's goals and objectives.
- Working with partner to develop and design the portal that address the specific skilling needs of the users.
- Managing the content on the portal, ensuring that it is relevant, up-to-date, and engaging for users.
- Responsibility of overall project management of various initiatives under the skilling and livelihood.
- Developing strategies to increase user engagement with the portal, including marketing and communication activities.
- Managing the technical aspects of the portal, including ensuring its functionality, security, and usability.
- Responsible for developing partnerships with organizations to provide online training and resources for users, ensuring that the portal meets the needs of diverse users.
- Design and develop an implementation plan for sustainable enhancement of non-farm livelihoods in urban and rural India
- Identify the existing best practices across different states and come up with scaling-up strategy on various models for livelihood promotion
- Identify existing gaps and challenges for the youth towards employability
- Liaison and establish linkages with multiple stakeholders with the objective of financial inclusion, capacity building, market reach and overall income enhancement
- Responsibility of overall project management of various initiatives under the skilling and livelihood
- Necessary: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- Desired: Development Sector
- Necessary: Minimum 7-10 years of social sector experience
- Desired: Experience of implementing large scale development projects
