SEO Manager

FavFly is a performance-marketing agency built around one thing: turning marketing spend into real leads and revenue. We're working with clients across India and Canada — SEO, paid ads, AI-driven content and conversion.

We're hiring an SEO Manager to lead our SEO team and own organic growth and search engine optimization (SEO) across our client portfolio. You set the strategy, guide the people who execute it, and are the technical voice in client conversations.

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate the SEO team; own delivery across client accounts
• Drive technical SEO, content strategy, and off-page / link building
• Oversee local SEO (Google Business Profile / Maps) alongside our specialist
• Own tracking and reporting: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs / SEMrush, dashboards
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Surfer) to scale research and content

What we're looking for

• 2-4 years hands-on SEO experience with real results
• Experience leading or managing a small SEO team
• Strong technical SEO + content strategy fundamentals
• Comfortable talking to clients in English and Hindi
• AI-first mindset
