Job Title: Associate Analyst/Analyst - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited (Irish MF) Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST / 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST) Introduction: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to join our Human Resources Support Services (HRSS) team. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional customer service by managing and executing a variety of HR-related tasks. This role demands a focus on delivering high-quality services within agreed timelines and maintaining strict adherence to GDPR guidelines. Experience with Workday is highly preferred, as it will be integral to daily operations, ensuring efficient and timely processing that meets our clients' expectations. Key Responsibilities (such as but not limited to):

  • Reference Letters: Prepare and issue employment reference letters, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to both current and former employees.
  • Salary Certificates: Generate and distribute salary certificates as requested by employees, ensuring all information is accurate and provided within a strict timeframe.
  • Coach Changes: Administer changes in coaching assignments within the organization, coordinating effectively with relevant departments / stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Bike to Work Scheme: Manage the organization’s Bike to Work scheme, facilitating employees and handling related administrative tasks / requests.
  • Eyecare/Specsavers VDU Vouchers: Oversee the management of eyecare vouchers, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and health regulations.
  • Personal Milestones – Perx Vouchers, Flowers, and Baby Gifts: Coordinate the acknowledgment and celebration of personal milestones for employees, including the distribution of Perx vouchers, flowers, and baby gifts, ensuring personalization and timely recognition etc. You may be assigned additional or ad-hoc responsibilities related to the Ireland/USI processes as may be transitioned to you or deemed necessary by the organization (Ireland/USI). Where such tasks require the application of your training, expertise, or process knowledge, you shall be responsible for executing, managing, and completing these requests in accordance with established standards and operational requirements. Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Human Resources, particularly in an HR support role.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR systems, preferably Workday.
  • Excellent organizational and time managementskills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant privacy laws, demonstrating the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in handling HR tasks related to benefits, employee engagement, or compliance.
