About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in lead generation, IT sales, client acquisition, and end-to-end sales conversion. This role requires expertise in LinkedIn outreach, Sales Navigator, CRM management, email marketing, and cold calling to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
As a key contributor to our business expansion efforts, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, generating qualified leads, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Conduct targeted outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and nurture leads.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates within CRM systems.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls, client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client business requirements and collaborate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales.
- Strong understanding of the complete sales process and sales funnel management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, prospecting, and client outreach.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing, lead nurturing, and outbound sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, and client relationship management.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and sales reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT Services, Software Development, SaaS, or Technology Consulting sales.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and sales automation platforms.
- Ability to identify customer pain points and propose value-driven solutions.
