Safety Executive

1. Responsible for implementing the Titan Vendor Safety Management System across Vendor partners

2. TVSMS Road map for short and long term plans for sustaining and improving the OHS management systems.

3. Identifying, conceptualizing, and implementing improvements related to OHS

4. Developing training modules. E-learning tools and Training and re-training of the work force on safety and emergency preparedness and checking the effectiveness through mock drills

5. Support in Conducting the Hazard identification and Risk assessment and minimization measures is essential in line with standard.

6. Conducting Safety assessment across the vendor base and follow up for action plans for all the short falls

7. Carry out the incident investigation and analysis - recording, reporting. investigation, corrective measures and analysis of trends

8. Knowledge of statutory and legal requirements related to OHS

9. Organize safety campaigns & other activities which help to create the safety culture among the vendor partners

10. Carry out the theme-based assessment to have specific focus on must have and legal requirements

11. Create Safety champions for vendor partners 12. Develop and ensure monthly reporting structure to monitor the progress.

13. Should have carried out OHS audits, Internal audits and fluent in communication with employees

14. Should be conversant with data compilation, interpretation, analysis, presentation and management reporting.

15. Should be willing travel across the regions

1. Degree/Diploma in engineering

2. Recognized degree or diploma in Safety.

3. Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience working in Industry in related
